Westmere School has up to date and modern facilities which include:

• Wireless Internet in all learning spaces 

• Over 150 Chromebooks and 50 Ipad Minis through the school

• Food, Fabric, Woodwork and Metalwork Technologies (Senior Students at Whanganui Girls College)

Sports

Children undertake a variety of sporting activities, which include sailing, skiing, and badminton alongside traditional sporting codes.

We have a Hard Court Area, which is used for basketball, netball and tennis, a swimming pool, cricket nets, football and rugby fields.

Probably one of our greatest assets is our pool which was upgraded in 2016. We have also a brand new turfed area (2021), which is also a wonderful asset for the school community.
